In 2012, Dave Westbrook transitioned from a successful career in hospitality to real estate, mentored by industry veteran Joe Pascale, who brought over 20 years of experience. Dave quickly made his mark, generating millions of dollars in sales annually. Over time, Dave and Joe became partners, building a top-producing real estate team dedicated to coaching agents and helping them achieve industry-wide recognition. Their commitment to coaching became a hallmark of their success, providing agents with the tools, strategies, and mentorship needed to excel.

Recognizing the diverse skill sets of their agents and a growing demand for more comprehensive services, Joe and Dave expanded their offerings by establishing a brick-and-mortar office in Arizona—one of the only physical locations for REAL Broker in the state. This office became a hub for collaboration, equipped with in-house broker services and a supportive environment where agents could connect, learn, and thrive.

To further their mission of redefining real estate, the Urban Luxe Team recently merged with REAL Broker. This partnership combines Urban Luxe’s hands-on, personalized approach with REAL Broker’s cutting- edge technology, nationwide network, and agent-focused culture. Together, they are setting a new standard in the industry, creating opportunities for agents while delivering exceptional service to clients.
