Dave, an Arizona native, knows the ins and outs of the Phoenix metropolitan area. In 2012 Dave Westbrook made a career move from hospitality to real estate. Dave quickly proved himself in the industry, generating millions of dollars in sales year after year serving his clients with top notch service. Over time Dave was key component in building a top producing real estate team where he coached other agents and assisted them to become industry renowned realtors. In 2018 Dave and his business partner took their team and opened the doors to their own real estate firm. Starting with just their team he has helped grow this brokerage to over 60 agents and been an integral part to its success. Dave also heads up the short-term rental management division where he and his team provide hands on service to owners, allowing their real estate investments to yield extremely great returns. Dave's passion for real estate and dedication to his clients is what sets him apart from other agents.
