I fist met Tyler when I walked into the local retail office in Old Town Scottsdale and wanted to view a few properties for an investment home or vacation home. That was in 2019 prior to the pandemic. In 2021 I again viewed more properties and also decided to purchase one for myself and one for my

Shawn Beaird helped us purchase a home for our family of four. We were looking for something very specific since we have 2 little ones and wanted to stay close to our family in central Phoenix.

At one point we even asked Shawn if we were his only clients! He, and his team, were incredibly

attentive, there was constant communication via email, texts, and in person property walk throughs. My husband and I were super busy homeschooling and working full time from home and what we most appreciated were the (almost) daily text updates from Shawn letting us know where we were in the whole process. Before finalizing the purchase, Shawn was an advocate and had our best interest in mind. He asked inspectors so many questions and broke down information in simple terms. This was especially important to us since we purchased an older build and knew it would need repairs, this specific information helped us decide whether it was worth it or not.

Shawn knows everything there is to know about a house, structurally and aesthetically. If you are a straight facts--no frills--no surprises kind of person, then Shawn is your guy!


Tyler was a delight to work with. I had a limited amount of time to find a condominium. He quickly did the property search, managed the offer, and coordinated the final sale in a very professional and competent manner. I give him my highest recommendation--he is very personable, respectful, and

understanding of the stress of purchasing a property. I would use him again without any reservation and will highly recommend him to friends.


We had a wonderful home selling and buying experience with Shawn Beaird from Dwell Arizona. When we debated whether to sell our existing home, he helped us work out the numbers and realize we could move into a new build. He knew the market well, including what we should price our home at to sell

it quickly and for top dollar. For our new home, he helped us compare mortgage lenders to ensure we got the best terms. Although he is family, we would not have chosen him as our agent if it weren’t for his expertise and experience. We could not have asked for a better agent than Shawn.


I found Joe through a networking group he is in. Joe is a fast, smooth talker but doesn't follow through with his words. The market is the highest it's ever been, homes are going way over asking price, mine didn't even go for asking price. It didn't appraise and Joe didn't inform me honestly of

my options. Any good agent would know the market was going way over asking, so he knew. I paid closing cost that the buyers pay (I paid for it when I bought it), I asked Joe about this and he said no it's seller's cost (I asked another agent, they saying it was the buyer's cost) but I still paid for it (trusting him being honest with me and truly wanting to help me in my best interest representing me as my agent). There were 3 offers and he said he went back to the other offers to get another offer after the appraisal come in lower. Joe telling me to come to an agreement with the buyer (which again was lower than the asking price in the HIGHEST PHX market ever, where others are going 50K plus of asking price). Thus I got lower than asking and he didn't work hard or inform me of the market and I could have easily gotten more. He also said he would be me a few connections on other homes (since now I can't find one with the market being a huge seller's market), he still to this day has not helped me find another one or provide me the info of a few homes HE SAID he would (slick talker), still haven't heard from him. When going through the closing, the closing documents were incorrect every time the title company sent them to me, which by the way is the title company that is his, changed the buyers request of title companies and he said they would give me a percentage off (never got a few percentage off). I had to track down the tax info and the HOA info, no one ever mentioning me they couldn't find the info, I could have helped them get the tax and HOA information. The final title agreement I signed was NOT the same numbers as the ones I signed the night before for my title paperwork. So the title company changed the final title documents' numbers after my final notary signing. They also added the warranty fees which we NEVER discussed or in any of the other documents previously. I am extremely disappointed in Joe and his integrity. My only guess is that my condo wasn't "worth" his commission time, if that's the case he should have said that from day 1 and I could have found an agent that wanted to represent me. I would be very vary of Joe's integrity and honesty.


Ken was very responsive to us, and had a great sense in knowing exactly what we were looking for in a home. We had a terrific all around experience with Ken!
