I was referred to Dave Westbrook by my financial advisor, and he was awesome! Including doing an emergency "what if I'm about to make a horrible mistake" tour of 6 houses on the day I made an offer on the house I bought (that he wasn't expecting to have to do at 11am and included going to one twice, plus visiting THE house at the end to be sure sure). After all this, I know it is the right house for me and my girls. After going under contract a big repair issue came up. It is a little disconcerting to visit the house you are buying and see piles of dirt inside next to the trenches that are being dug through the new floors to replace all the drains. Closing had to be pushed out but when it's all said and done, I'll have completely new plumbing throughout. I owe a debt to Dave Westbrook and the inspector dudes he sent me to who found all these problems before I sealed the deal with the seller. And Dave made multiple visits to the house during the repairs to make sure the work was done right (he even told the plumber I had talked about adding a bathroom, and the plumber used larger pipe so that work wouldn't have to be re-done later). After several delays, destroyed floors and walls, so much dirt I can't even tell you, I closed on the new house! I decided to sell my house and contacted Dave Westbrook. I have known Dave for awhile and know he has been very successful helping other friends buy and sell houses. I had a firm price in my head and after talking to Dave he said he could make it happen. He came over and looked at the house and let me know what we needed to do to make sure the house sold fast. After completing these tasks, the house went on market and hours later we had scheduled visits and in two days the house had multiple offers.
